This is just to inform you all, not to create an account and deposit the amount to get the risk free coupon for soccer matches. I deposited 500dkk, and after my bet was lost the 18th December i needed to verify my account. I Have now verified my account three times, and now there is a mistake on my account that means i cannot withdraw my money. Therefore this review can maybe help you to not put money on the risk free bet when you create the account. The date today is 5th of January and i have not gotten the money. Been with Mr Green for a cpl of yrs, just had a very nice win (first big one with them) , usually withdrawals go thru with no problem, but this one was pending, so I sent in my ID before they asked ( an old provisional , wedding cert , (for the name change) , and bank card) they did their checks and within 24hrs I was verified and money was in my account within seconds of getting the email. Not a site I usually win big on, but also never had a problem with them, they did take my bonuses away but I'm not to fussed on them. In my experience of the site it's been a positive one, slow in winning but you get there in the end.

On Christmas Day I deposited £300 expecting their to be a sports book for the Xmas day basketball. I realised there wasn’t so immediately withdrew my funds.

Tried making multiple withdrawals, some of which got accepted. Yet after waiting for the required time, I never recieved the money.

Eithery mrgreen is withholding the entirety of the withdrawals, or just batantly lying about service speeds.

Dealt with Mr green for years and thought they were fine then they gave me a €5 bonus. From this I won €250 and they told me to bet €150 more to make it cash so I did. The next person told me I need to bet another €161. Supervisor laughed at me and sent me 650 words of a disclaimer. Straight away cancelled my account. Eastern European ran so says it all!!
